Refinitiv today announced its Diversity & Inclusion Index, of 11,000 companies, based on a set of diversity and inclusion metrics. Coca-Cola HBC was in the top 10 for the first time, ranked at number 8.

Commenting on the ranking, Sanda Parezanovic, Coca-Cola HBC Chief People & Culture Officer, said: “I am proud of our commitment to inclusion at CCH, and the efforts we’ve made behind that commitment, including our inclusive leadership programs, the development of our HR function to disrupt unconscious bias and our focus on women role models through their stories and panel discussions, as well as our #nojobhasagender campaign. We strive to ensure every person in our business feels like a valued member of the team and that their voice matters, and to be ranked in the top 10 in the Refinitiv index spurs us on to continue our journey to a more inclusive and diverse workplace that is also vital for our growth.”

Our steps to drive inclusion and diversity at Coca-Cola HBC include:

To ensure that we achieve inclusive leadership, we have put in place  leadership modules that help leaders understand the importance of different perspectives and how to manage teams so that everyone’s voice is heard and we maximum the potential of all team members.

In 2018, we introduced a beacon commitment to have 50% of our manager positions held by women by 2025 and today, we have reached 39%.

Our women’s networks connect and empower women across our business. Members come together to share experiences and learning, helping to foster individual professional development, as well as shape our organisation’s culture.

Throughout the year, we share stories from the women of Coca-Cola HBC who discuss their experiences, promoting female role models and encouraging women to take the lead by learning from  the challenges overcome and opportunities embraced by their peers.
