Composed by the selection of the best Arabica origins from South America and Central Africa. We roast this blend following the traditional slow roast method, using individual roast profiles for every origin. The medium roast results in a delicate and aromatic blend, with a frangrance of fruit and honey and features a mildly acidic flavour. The presence of a considerable quantity of the finest selesctions of Robusta gives the coffee a chocolately aftertatse and a rich body.

After over 100 years, the flavour of Caffè Vergnano’s blends still come from the hills of Torino to travel all over the world, with the same cure and passion of when it first started.
Roasting coffee is more than just a simple industrial production: it’s a heritage which Caffè Vergnano has to protect, hand down, and preserve.
The entire production is located in Santena (Piemonte). Today Caffè Vergnano has 2 production plants, one close to the other: the first one dedicated to coffee roasting, the second one to capsules production.
Since 1999, Caffè Vergnano has taken on the World Environmental Policies. The company believes that improving environmental Quality means better Quality of human life and operates in agreement with the major international certifications and regulations.
