Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Zug, Switzerland - 21 October 2020 - Following the announcement on 18 June 2020 that Michalis Imellos will step down from the role as Group Chief Financial Officer at the end of the first quarter of 2021, Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC" or the "Company") today announced that Ben Almanzar will join the Company in the first quarter of 2021 and will be appointed Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 April 2021.

Ben Almanzar has a proven track record and broad experience gained from senior financial positions in the global FMCG industry. He spent the past ten years with Mars Incorporated, including as Regional CFO, Europe & Southern Africa and most recently as Vice President, Financial Planning, Analytics and Financial Strategy. Prior to joining Mars, Ben spent ten years with Nestlé in a variety of finance roles in Europe.

His strong strategic, leadership, financial and operational skills combined with his passion for talent development make him an excellent fit with us. As Group Chief Financial Officer, Ben will be based at the Company's head office in Zug, Switzerland and will lead Coca-Cola HBC's finance organisation with group-wide responsibility for accounting, treasury, financial planning, tax and investor relations.

Ben, a national of the Dominican Republic and the UK, holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Santo Domingo Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.
