2015 third quarter trading update

Dimitris Lois, Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola HBC, commented: “Our commercial initiatives and a hot summer in parts of Europe contributed to a strong volume performance in the quarter, with growth in all segments and increased momentum in the business. As the year has progressed we have been encouraged by gradually improving market conditions in our European countries, where economic activity has been depressed for many years. We have also benefitted from buoyant trading in many of our emerging markets.

FTSE 100

On 11 September, FTSE confirmed Coca-Cola HBC’s inclusion into the FTSE 100 and FTSE All – Share indices.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Dimitris Lois, CEO of Coca-Cola HBC, said: “This is another milestone for our company and an important day for everyone in the Coca-Cola HBC family. We are delighted that we are now included in the FTSE 100 and FTSE All – Share indices. Coca-Cola HBC named industry leader in the 2015 Dow Jones Sustainability Index


Coca-Cola HBC, a leading bottler of the brands of The Coca-Cola Company, has announced new water and carbon commitments after being named by the DJSI as the world sustainability leader in the beverage industry.

Coca-Cola HBC has announced that it intends to reduce water use intensity by 30% by 2020, compared to 2010 and direct carbon emissions intensity by 50% over the same period.

The company’s approach to sustainability was endorsed in September when Coca-Cola HBC was named beverage industry leader by the Dow Jones World and Europe Sustainability Indices for the second consecutive year.
