UN Global Compact

We support the United Nations (UN) Global Compact , the largest voluntary corporate citizenship initiative in the world.

We have implemented its ten universal principles , which encourage responsible business practices in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. We have supported the initiative since 2005 and were the first alcohol-free beverage company to become a Notable Reporter. We also support the development of the UN Global Compact at both international and local levels. As a founding signatory of both the CEO Water Mandate and the Caring for Climate statement, we have pledged to develop and implement appropriate strategies in our operations, our supply chain and beyond.

Local networks

The UN Global Compact is setting up local networks around the world to achieve meaningful change. We support and promote these networks in countries in which we operate.

By 2007, we had joined networks in Belarus, Ukraine, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia and Slovakia. We chair the group in Belarus and serve on the Steering Committee in Ukraine. Read our country case studies to find out more.
