Our Code of Business Conduct is our over-arching policy. It is designed to give all employees a broad and clear understanding of the conduct required. It focuses on key integrity issues. We also recognise that there are many other aspects of corporate responsibility that must be addressed. As a result, we have developed a comprehensive and transparent set of sustainability policies. Our corporate governance rules ensure that Coca-Cola Hellenic is responsibly managed and properly controlled.
