Youth development

We recognise that the future will be shaped by today’s young people. Accordingly we give special attention to providing opportunities for youth to realise their full potential.

In addition to help encouraging participation of youth in competitive sporting events, our efforts are directed at nurturing and developing creativity and leadership capabilities.

A key area of activity involves providing meaningful support to youngsters who are disadvantaged either physically or socially. We also play a role in opening avenues for youth with latent skills and capabilities, allowing them to realise their ambitions.

Across our countries of operation we partner with local institutions, educational bodies, government agencies, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and others to provide effective and efficient benefits for young people while encouraging involvement by others in the community.
