Towards sustainability
Coca-Cola Hellenic is committed to behaving in a socially responsible manner throughout all of its operations and has officially embedded the principles of sustainability into its business strategy.

The Company’s efforts are guided by the Brundtland definition of sustainable development: “Meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”.
In meeting the expectations of communities served by Coca-Cola Hellenic, the company seeks to actively engage with all of its stakeholders – defined as everyone who is touched in any way by the Company in the conduct of its business.
The priorities and targets in respect of sustainability are initiated by the Group CSR Council which comprises function heads from across the business. It operates under the supervision of the board-level Social Responsibility Committee.
Country operations translate initiatives into programmes that meet local needs and senior managers are held accountable, and rewarded, for performance.
Coca-Cola Hellenic works with more than 200 organisations at local, national and international levels in pursuing sustainability goals, and in addition to submitting itself to independent verification measurements, publishes annual CSR reports on its activities in line with global reporting standards.
