Shareholder structure

Our principal shareholders are Kar-Tess Holding (a Luxembourg company) holding approximately 23.3% of our outstanding ordinary shares, and The Coca-Cola Company, which indirectly holds approximately 23.2% of our outstanding ordinary shares. We have a diversified shareholder structure, with more than two-thirds of our free-float held by UK and US institutional investors.
